How we deliver
Track work on Indian Railways is done against the clock, inside traffic blocks on lines that must reopen on time. Our P-way teams link main and loop lines with contractor-supplied materials, insert turnouts, weld and destress to specification, and hand back sections ready for traffic. Fencing, boundary walls and realignment works prepare routes for higher line speeds.
What we do
- Track linking for main and loop lines with contractor-supplied P-way materials
- Insertion and dismantling of turnouts, welding and destressing
- Track renewal (TBR, TSR) on running lines
- Cess improvement and standardisation
- Yard track and plant internal yards
- Safety fencing, boundary walls and trolley refuges for higher line speeds
- Realignment to remove permanent speed restrictions

Track record
- 350+ km of track linked in five years, 62 km in a single contract
- 145 km of new track in 12 months, commended by CAO (Construction), South East Central Railway (SECR), 2024
