1984 : Mr. Sushil Jhajharia ventures into the construction business by taking quotation work for cycle stand.

2008 : Birth of Jhajharia Nirman Private Limited with 36 Employees.

2012 : Turnover crosses 100 Cr., JNL ventures into bridge and building works.

2013 : Jhajharia Nirman Pvt. Ltd. becomes a public limited company, changes name to Jhajharia Nirman Ltd.

2016 : Turnover crosses 100 Cr., ERP system implemented throughout the company.

2019 : Turnover crosses 500 Cr. and order book crosses 1500 Cr.

2021 : Bagged single project of 300 Cr. Company owned Machinery value crosses 50 Crores.

2022 : Turnover crosses 800 Cr. with 1200+ Employees, 18 EPC Contracts awarded with work in hand of over 2500 Cr.

2023 : Credit rating improved to AA-stable and order book crossed 5000 cr.

2024 : Turnover crosses 1200 Cr. with 2000+ Workforce. Working in 10 Zonal railways across 16 states.
